Immerse yourself in the ultimate relaxation experience with Dru Yoga! This nurturing therapeutic workshop is just what you need as we move into the winter season. 

Join us at our cosy new yoga studio in Deakin for a warming, nourishing experience that will fortify your nervous system, increase your energy levels and bring you a sense of rejuvenation!  This workshop is for people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups.

With our foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru Yoga works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and rejuvenating your whole being.

This  half-day workshop is a a perfect way to:

  • give yourself some 'me-time' to reset and nurture yourself
  • explore yoga, meditation, relaxation and breathwork
  • discover powerful techniques for inner clarity and calm
  • recharge for busy people who want to reduce stress 
  • have a nurturing top-up if you are a Dru graduates
