Yoga toolbox for nurturing your nervous system

This is a face to face workshop in Brisbane. 

Join international Dru trainer Noelene Francis and experienced Brisbane Dru Yoga teachers for a day to unwind, let go and explore how to hold on to calm.

Learn simple practices to

> Let go of stress
> Balance your emotional state
> Find stillness and perspective on life's challenges

We look forward to seeing you there! 

Please bring lunch, yoga mat, bottle of water, notepad and pen, and wear loose comfortable clothing.

Morning tea - we will provide a range of teas and snacks

Lunch - you are welcome to bring your own lunch and sit and chat with us over the lunch break.  Alternatively there are places you can buy lunch a few minutes drive away.

I am just working on the spine assignment. Apart from really enjoying all the research and information, I had to smile, because whilst writing about the spine and common back problems I have discomfort in my back (chronic) and sitting in one position, not as relaxed as I would like, is aggravating it. I have been taking frequent breaks, doing the Dru stretches, tri spinal release, marjariasana, bringing my knees up and rocking my spine which I love, standing forward bend and squats and when I finish studying each day I do a long relaxation. I have been drinking lots of water as well. I love the fact I have the tools from the Dru to help myself and have the chance to put it all into practice. It's all made such a difference to my back, neck and rest of my body. From a happy yoga student!

Thanks to all the Dru team for such a wonderful 3 weeks on the Spirituality of Yoga course.  I thank you with so much gratitude for the knowledge and wisdom shared by all teachers.  To feel the richness of the love and support was quite profound. Finding your inner peace and stillness is your natural state and this course gave you the tools through yoga, meditation, mantra and nature to help with your spiritual quest.    It was also so beautiful to be part of a community from all over the world with people of like mind who want to make a difference on our amazing earth. Namaste.
